All new subscriptions are paid in advance for the remainder of the current month. Existing subscriptions will be billed at the start of each month for the cost of that month's service.
Should a subscription be cancelled, a refund can be provided for the remaining days of that month. Similarly, downgrading an account a refund may be issued for the cost difference between the new and old plan for the days remaining in that month.
Refunds are not available for days where service was provided.

Tips are non-refundable. If you believe a tip was left without your authorization, please contact Pinecast support.
Tip Processing Fees
In addition to the card processing fee, a 30% processing fee is deducted from tips made to a demo account. This processing fee is nonrefundable, even if the account is upgraded to a paid plan that does not incur processing fees.
